Any in-stock items will be dispatched within 1 - 2 working day. 

 

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with the relevant tracking details.  

 

Please note that any personalized items will require an additional lead-time of 2 - 5 working days

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress. You can also check the status of your delivery by viewing My Orders in your account.

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTY AND TAXES?

Our Dutch atelier handles shipping, and for European destinations, we cover duties and taxes to prevent extra charges when your order arrives. For global shipments, we provide worldwide shipping, but clients are responsible for any duties and taxes that may apply.

ARE THE DIAMONDS NATURAL OR LAB-GROWN?

All jewelry featured on our product pages is set with lab-grown diamonds.

WHAT ARE LAB-GROWN DIAMONDS?

Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds, created using advanced technology that replicates the natural diamond-growing process. Grown in a controlled environment, they have the same sparkle, strength and structure as mined diamonds. 

 

What makes them different is their origin. Lab-grown diamonds are a modern, sustainable alternative that offers exceptional quality, ethical sourcing and excellent value.

DOES THE DIAMOND COME WITH A CERTIFICATE?

The official certificate is provided with every diamond of 0.30 carats or more.

WHAT IF I CANNOT SEE THE PRICE OF A PRODUCT?

A product may be available to purchase even if its price is not displayed.

DO I NEED TO HAVE MY JEWELRY POLISHED REGULARLY?

For the vast majority of jewelry, polishing makes it possible to remove or limit scratching on gold surfaces.

Given that this operation involves the removal of a fine layer of metal, we do not recommend polishing your jewelry more than twice in the lifetime.

 

HOW CAN I TAKE CARE OF MY PRECIOUS STONES?

• Always protect them from any potential knocks. Even diamonds, the hardest of all precious stones, may become broken or ground down by repeated blows.

• Regularly check the prongs and settings of your stones.

• Have your jewelry cleaned if the stones start to lose their shine or take on a dull appearance.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

We provide exchanges or returns if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase. For a size exchange or return within 14 days of receiving the items, please reach out to us at contact@longfieldjewelry.com. We'll supply you with the appropriate exchange/return address and assist you in obtaining a different size or a refund.

 

To qualify for an exchange or return, you must send back the items in their original, unworn condition, along with the original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. Longfield Jewelry is unable to issue an exchange or refund if these requirements are not met. We will honour 1 exchange per order.

 

The product(s) being returned remain your responsibility until they reach our ateliers.

 

Please note that custom items and special requests items are not eligible for exchanges or returns, and all sales are final.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO BE ISSUED?

Refunds will be credited to your account within 10 business days of our ateliers receiving the returned goods, subject to your bank/card issuer's processing time. As a small atelier, we are unable to refund any duties and shipping costs on return items.
